Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only if the product is received damaged due to transit or shipping.
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must:
- Record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package and continuing until the product is fully removed and inspected.
- Ensure the video clearly captures:
- The sealed package from all sides
- The shipping label
- The package being opened
- The condition of the product immediately after unboxing
- Any visible damage or defects
Submit the replacement request through our website within 5 days of delivery.
Upload the complete unboxing video along with clear photographs of the damaged product, if requested.
The unboxing video serves as essential proof that the damage occurred during transit. Replacement requests submitted without a valid and complete unboxing video may not be accepted.
All replacement requests are subject to verification by the Aakruti support team. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged subject to product availability.
