At Aakruti, we take great pride in delivering handcrafted products of the highest quality. We carefully inspect every item before dispatch. Please read our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only if the product is received damaged due to transit or shipping.

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must:

  • Record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video starting before opening the sealed package and continuing until the product is fully removed and inspected.
  • Ensure the video clearly captures:
    • The sealed package from all sides
    • The shipping label
    • The package being opened
    • The condition of the product immediately after unboxing
    • Any visible damage or defects

Submit the replacement request through our website within 5 days of delivery.

Upload the complete unboxing video along with clear photographs of the damaged product, if requested.

The unboxing video serves as essential proof that the damage occurred during transit. Replacement requests submitted without a valid and complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

All replacement requests are subject to verification by the Aakruti support team. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged subject to product availability.

No Refund Policy

Aakruti follows a No Refund Policy. Once an order has been delivered, refunds will not be issued except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a product is received damaged due to transit or shipping, customers may request a replacement by submitting the required proof, including a valid unboxing video, within 5 days of delivery. All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the Aakruti support team.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, if such a product is received damaged during transit, we will consider a replacement provided the required unboxing video and supporting evidence are submitted within the specified timeframe.
